Chocolate for bloggers

I shot these recently for an invitation to a food bloggers event, the subject was working with chocolate and the lucky bloggers had the opportunity to learn from scratch how to identify good quality chocolate and then how to “temper” it to the correct temperature for use. From thereon it was moulding, spraying, filling, dipping and of course some tasting!
Look at the detailed finish on those chocolates in the last shot, they remind me of petrol or oil cans!

All of these shots were taken using 2 strobes, 1 through a white umbrella just out of frame and the other on a tall stand bounced off the ceiling, the advantage on this occasion of a room with white walls and ceiling is the light bounces off many surfaces filling all the shadows giving a bright, clean look.
